It's time for a reset.....

You feel it too? Seems like New Years Eve is that magic moment when we can all say goodbye to the past and wipe the slate clean. How was your magic moment? Festive? Relaxing? Did you stay awake until midnight? I spent mine making homemade pasta (which for the record is DELICIOUS), playing games, a couple cocktails and laughing my ass off! Let's just say I needed those giggles more than I realized and plan to do even more this coming year. Of course Athena and I made it to midnight. George.....not so much LOL. But in his defense he is usually up by 3-4am every morning, so I would be pooped too! Did you do a count-down, or watch a ball drop, to ring in the new year? Was there a sigh of relief when that clock turned? Anyone else silently wish for a "forget it pill" and a return to the old normalcy? To be real, I never thought a switch would be flipped at midnight magically making everything better. But I do HOPE we are on a better trajectory where we can find peace as the dust starts to settle. This last year was one hell of a roller-coaster ride and I am so thankful we are still hanging on. I have my family, I have my health, and I have you! The outpouring of love and support I received through all of this has brought me to tears on more than one occasion. You are the reason I kept fighting and you are the reason I am able to stay open! So as we say goodbye to 2020 I'm choosing to look at the lessons learned, positive changes that came about, and the many blessings I have to be thankful for! I challenge the same for you. 2020 took enough from everyone, so let's not give it any more power to deplete us. Instead, let's rise up and take this next year by storm! Let's focus on the positive, no matter how small, and make the best of each day moving forward. One of those positive notes for me was the extra training I was able to put into my hair-loss education. Topical treatments and laser therapy, only scratch the surface of what we now have available. I also completely revamped our website, which now showcases some of those new options, along with a digital quiz and a new portal into my on-line booking. I'm in love with it so make sure to check it out! Don't forget to take the quiz while you are there too! There will never be enough words to express my love and appreciation for your continued support! Thank you so much, with all of my heart, for never giving up on me and my dream. I hope to continue to be a life line for you in this new year while enjoying more stories, laughs and memories during our time together. We are weathering this storm and we WILL come out stronger in the end! Here is to our inner bad-asses, and may we all find a way to make a positive impact in the year ahead! xoxox Rene'
